PILATES & FRIENDS REVIEW

I recently decided to give Pilates & Friends after seeing some great things online. I've always been interested in Pilates, but just didn't get around to finding a good class. The first thing that struck me was the friendly atmosphere. Everyone appeared so welcoming and encouraging. The instructor, whom, was fantastic! She was skilled and made sure
